Welcome...
This website has been developed by Citizens To Preserve Fire Protection. We are a group of Gresham residents concerned about public safety in our community and, in particular, fire protection and emergency medical services (EMS). On March 8, 2005, Gresham voters will be asked to decide whether or not to approve annexation of Gresham Fire & Emergency Services (GFES) into Multnomah County Fire District #10. Residents of District #10 will also be asked to approve their own annexation measure.

There are many positive reasons to vote YES on this measure, and we urge you to look around this website to see just how important this issue is to our community. You will see all the reasons why to support it. You will also see the names of many of the citizens and organizations that support it.

Failure of this measure would have a tremendous negative impact on both the citizens of Gresham and on the surrounding communities that rely on Gresham Fire & Emergency Services for emergency medical services, fire protection, rescue and extrication services, fire prevention, and much more!
